ANTOINETTE’S NEGRONI

1 1/2 oz Gray Whale Gin

1 oz Cocchi di Torino Sweet Vermouth

1/2 oz Campari

2 Dashes Bittercube Orange Bitters

Add ingredients to a stirring vessel, add ice, stir until chilled and balanced. Add Wisco Ice Co 2x2 to glass and express and insert orange peel. Strain cocktail into prepared glass.

BIRCH | MKE | STEVIE RUIZ

1 1/2 oz Rayu Mezcal

1 oz Tattersall Grapefruit Crema

1/2 oz Suze Gentian Liqueur

2 Dashes Bitter Truth Cucumber Bitters

Add ingredients to a stirring vessel, add ice, stir until chilled and balanced. Strain into a chilled rocks glass with a tempered Wisco Ice Co. 2x2 Cube. Garnish with an expressed grapefruit peel and cucumber peel ribbon.

1 oz Ron Zacapa No. 23 Solera Rum

1 oz Fot-Li Vermut Rojo

1 oz Disaronno Originale

2 Dash. Bittercube Trinity Bitters

Add ingredients to a stirring vessel, add ice, stir until chilled and balanced. Strain into a chilled rocks glass with a tempered Wisco Ice Co. 2x2 Cube. Garnish with a freshly brushed sage leaf.

1 3/4 oz State Line London Dry Gin

1/4 oz State Line Vodka

1/3 oz Rishi Raspberry Green Tea Syrup*

3 Dash Scrappy’s Black Lemon Bitters

1 Lemon Peel

Add ingredients to a stirring vessel, add ice, stir until chilled and balanced. Strain into a chilled rocks glass with a tempered Wisco Ice Co. 2x2 Cube. Garnish with a baked lemon meringue.

PERSEPHONE’S PAYBACK

3/4 oz Mint Washed Four Roses Bourbon*

1 1/4 oz Four Roses Bourbon

1/4 oz Grenadine*

2 Dashes Bittercube Jamaican #2 Bitters

Add ingredients to a stirring vessel, add ice, stir until chilled and balanced. Strain into a chilled rocks glass with a tempered Wisco Ice Co. 2x2 Cube. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf.

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS


MINT WASHED FOUR ROSES BOURBON

35g Fresh Spearmint

200g Granulated Sugar

665g Four Roses Bourbon

Add mint & sugar to vacuum seal bag, seal and let rest for 12hrs. Add bourbon, reseal and let rest for an additional 12hrs. Before straining make sure to incorporate all of the sugar. Strain through a coffee filter or hops bag. Good for 1 Month.

RISHI RASPBERRY GREEN TEA SYRUP

75g Rishi Raspberry Green Tea

500g Granulated Sugar

500g Filtered Water

Steep Tea for 12 minutes at 185 degrees, strain off tea solids over sugar, whisk to incorporate. Good for 2 Weeks.

GRENADINE

250g POM Wonderful Pomegranate Juice

220g Granulated Sugar

1g Orange Flower Water

Add all ingredients to blender until sugar is incorporated. Good 2 Weeks.
